对于电缆敷设列举以下需要注意的事项。
1)需满足规范要求,在详细设计阶段,总体规划布局时,布置了左右电缆通道,便于电缆敷设时,双路供电设备电缆、通信与动力电缆的分开敷设。
2))生产设计阶段设绘出电缆走向,确定电缆的具体节点 ,保证电缆托架及贯穿件的敷设系数 ,允许电力电缆双层敷设,电缆厚度 75mm左右 。
3)PAGA 系统 、A /B 路广播要求两路敷设,火警气体探测闭环回路起始点分开敷设,水平及垂直距离上尽可能地远离,动力电缆与通信电缆的分开敷设(间距50mm),VFD 变频电缆单独敷设与控制及通信电缆的间距为 300mm 。
4 )高压电缆必须在电缆托架上走 ,与任何电缆分开敷设 (300mm ),高压电缆 20m内至少有一个“高压 “标记牌”,保证在任何地方都能看到“高压”标记 。
5 )海工项目长年累月工作在恶裂环境中,温度、腐蚀性气体、材料等原因,对室外、泥浆池固定电缆的托架及紧固件,需要采用不锈钢材料,并要求采用连续性托架及单独接地,水密及防火舱壁更多采用 MCT电缆模块。
